Question:
Why are my statistics graphs missing? (or) Why are red X's showing up where my statistics graphs should be?
Answer:
Missing statistics graphs (or red X's in place of the graphs) indicate that your server does not have PHP's GD image library, PNG image support, and/or the FreeType extension installed. These preqrequisites are prominently noted in Centova Cast's system requirements and are necessary for the generation of statistics graphs.
Please have your systems administrator install PHP's GD image library extension, the PHP FreeType extension, and libpng support. Once these are installed, the graphs will immediately start working.
