What happens if I accidentally or unknowingly set..........

If we find an account set up on someone else's IP, we will correct the issue by editing several configuration settings. This takes about a minute to do and is harmless regarding the domain's functionality. Also, if you happen to notice you've done this, you may submit a support ticket at the HelpDesk and someone will fix this for you.
