Evct Hosting does support the Legal torrent community. A properly created torrent file is allowed to be hosted, torrent file is just the tracing information not the file it's self. Don't come back to us and say "its in your Knowledge base that we can use torrents" Evct Hosting is stating that you can host the tracker file just not the software or what ever you are sharing with the world from our network or servers.

We don't see an issue with our clients hosting the torrent trackers or links to torrent trackers however; we cannot allow TorrentFlux, an open source bit torrent client for Linux, Unix & BSD platforms that runs on a web server until we specify this with our server provider's. Evct hosting is well on its way to becoming a full service hosting company but we need to make sure we do it the right way! If it wasnt for our customers, even the free ones, we would not be in business!"
