Q: What is a Paypal Subscription?

 

A: Paypal Subscription is a feature that PAYPAL offers that is designed to automatically deduct funds from your paypal account to the company you purchased from. This subscription will be the amount you paid at the point of sale. If you do not want a subscription this FAQ will assist you further

 

Q: I purchased my service but I do not want Paypal Subscriptions

 

A: When making your purchase your invoice will have two options for Paypal (Paypal Checkout) and (Paypal Subscription) If you want to pay Month to Month use (Paypal Checkout) if you choose (Paypal Subscription) your payment with auto pay out of your paypal account using your subscrition created.

 

Q: How do I view or delete a Paypal Subscription?

 

A:

*  Log into your paypal account

*  Click history on your menu bar

*  Click Basic Search

*  Next to the word "show" use the drop down box to select "Subscriptions"

*  Now select the date range to be "Within a Year"

*  Click Search

 

After selecting search please verify that any subscriptions to Primary Target have been canceled. If you do not complete this the funds that your subscription sent can only be used towards credit to your next purchase or current services (But will not be refunded as cash/credit)

 

Q: Who is responsible for Paypal Subscriptions?

 

A: The Paypal Subscription is your responsibility to maintain and delete if you don't want it in your paypal account. If its deleted you will need to pay your invoices manually by month. Primary Target is not responsible for your subscriptions in your paypal account.

Q: I didnt delete my subscription and it charged me but I want my money back!

 

A: Refund Request's due to forgetting to cancel your subscription, are only offered back to you as credit on your account for future services or your current service with us. We will no longer issue refunds to your paypal/credit card per our terms and conditions.

 

 

PAYPAL Subscription Cancellation

 

Cancelling Individual Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription by going to the Subscription Details page.
Go to the History subtab of the My Account tab, choose the Subscriptions field from the Show drop-down menu, and click the Submit button. Click on the link in the Status column to view the Subscription Details, and click the Cancel button on the Subscription Details page.



Alice logs in to her PayPal account, and clicks on the Active link in the Status column for the subscription she wishes to cancel.

You can also get to the Subscription Details page by clicking on the In reference to link in the Transaction Details for any subscription payments you receive.

To cancel this subscription, Alice can click the Cancel Subscription button and follow the on-screen instructions.

The Subscription is now listed as Cancelled in Alice’s transaction history

Your subscribers can cancel their subscriptions by following the same steps. In addition, if you choose to add a Cancel Subscription button to your website, your subscribers may press it to cancel their subscriptions. A subscription may be cancelled up until the day of the next scheduled payment. If a subscriber attempts to cancel before payment is sent on the day of a scheduled payment, the payment will not be made.
